HKE euro RSA is a sub-consultancy design service for all sectors of the Civil Engineering community, specializing in the detailed design of highways and infrastructure projects both large and small.

We have a wealth of experience gained over a period of more than 25 years from previous Local Authority, Consultant, and Contractor engagement, in the United Kingdom and abroad.

'Working remotely, we can carry out major new or extended Township design as well as major and minor Freeway design in countries such as United States of America, Africa and the Republic of South Africa, Europe, Asia and Australasia.'

Our aim is to provide a friendly, flexible and personalized service, tailored to each Client's individual needs and requirements. With the aid of value engineering, we can offer high quality, sustainable solutions.

Extensive use is made of Bentley/Infrasoft's MX range of 3D modeling software (MOSS) for Civil Engineers, and AutoCAD.
