Partnership (Contracts and Insurances)
 We can negotiate terms of engagement in several ways:
Direct between the Client and HKE euro RSA
An hourly rate for design services is agreed together with an estimated time for completion.
Alternatively an estimated lump sum fee for design services and time for completion is agreed, not withstanding any ongoing changes or amendments.
Insurances for professional indemnity and liability etc. can be arranged
specifically to meet each Client's requirements. For more information

Indirectly between the Client and a Professional / Technical Agency.
We can arrange a partnership agreement between ourselves and a 3rd Party Professional / Technical Agency.
All contractual agreements between ourselves and the Client are arranged on behalf of both parties by the Agency, including insurances and payments.
We have experience of working with several Agencies, having a proven track record in the industry. However a Client may use any preferred Agency.
